Pretty much "touchless" on my part! Once I submitted the TransXpress, Patty and Jessica took care of the rest and we were ready to close when expected - they even took care of the issues that came up at the end with the OTHER Title company. Thanks again Patty and Jessica!

Patty Coleman went way above and beyond her call of duty to get this closed. My seller lost her original POA document which wasn't discovered until just days before closing while preparing for the pre-signing. A new POA document had to be signed by the 91 year old property owner at the nursing home she lives in and Patty graciously offered to go to the nursing home in Woodbury to witness the signature/notarize the document. With COVID restrictions in nursing homes to deal with and Patty's incredibly busy schedule, this closing may not have been possible without Patty's help. THANK YOU Patty Coleman!!!
