For our actual closing, Patty was very well prepared and quickly went through all the documents. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I will say that prior to closing we did have some to deal with some questions that I don’t think were really needed to be asked. Specifically we were asked to talk to the city about the set back and variances for our house, that was built in the 60s. I think with a little thought it would have come clear that there’s not much you can do for moving a house that’s been there for decades and that maybe they should know that’s not a big deal.
Other then that it was fine.
