Another perfect closing. The buyers had a few technical questions that Patty answered for them perfectly. During the closing they expressed what a professional Patty was and after the closing brought that up again. Thanks again for a nice ending.

It was very quick and easy. Erich Young is great to work with. We are extremely glad we chose him as our realtor. He was very professional, detailed, dedicated and approachable. He kept us informed throughout the whole time even into the late evenings. His expertise in our selling and closing process made it smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend him!
