Everyone was responsive to questions. It would hep clients be informed how loan is wrapped up or finalized with a wire or payment to an existing loan.
Explaining what takes place, who does what and a timeline would have been helpful in understanding protocol for my wire and payment of loan with Spire.
Customers only go through this so often and a chart with this information could lessen the anxiety. I also did not know every time the application is changed it is returned to the underwriter and it delays the loan.
Everyone was very responsive and answered questions as needed. Thanks so much for being there in the process.
