I have to say that this was NOT a closing "as usual". I know Taylor is pretty new here. And I am so used to the closers I've used for years, like Christeen Hennes, Sheila Koshiol, etc. I was quite amazed!! I even told Taylor when she finished that I was so impressed with her performance. she explained things to my buyers that NOBODY has ever done before. she was funny, serious, to the point, but she did not miss one thing! I tell ya....I can't say enough about her. She is extremely knowledgeable and a perfect fit.

It was a pre-sign and went very well. I represented the seller. I went to buyers closing to deliver keys at Title Group. Ran late to start and closer rushed through everything.
