I most appreciated that my closer explained ways I could make extra payments and how it would affect the life of the loan and future payments. Both Justin Paffrath (purchase agent) and Bob Schilz (selling agent) were present every step of the way for both selling and purchase closings to mitigate last minute questions and/or concerns. Our title agent Taylor Welle was extremely efficient and thorough throughout the closing paperwork process. The entire session was seamless.
