Very glad I pushed Zilliow to have my buyers use ERT in the original PA rather than Zillows Title Company. Eric Fisk held back the disbursement of funds to Zillow (The Seller) until he had all signatures from the sellers side to ensure he had correct documents to record. Just one more reason why ERT is looking out for the best interest of our clients.
