Eric went above and beyond with a client who had clinically diagnosed anxiety and post traumatic stress. He patiently took her calls and explained sometimes repeatedly to help her to be as comfortable as possible. The client experience is always at the heart of how he manages our transactions.

It was easy and quick! The office was very nice. Eric was great person to work with. He explained all the documents in detail and answered all the questions we had. Edina Title showed they cared about us by making sure everything was correct. We had a few hiccups but Edina Title made sure they were resolved as quick as possible. Very professional people to work with.

It was very efficient, informative, and pleasant doing our closing with Eric. He made the process seamless for us as first-time homebuyers. We were pleased it didn't take too long but we also got our questions answered. Thank you.
