Everything was organized. There was only one minor issue in the preparation for the closing that was unexpected by all, but we got through it with no delays and closed on time. The closing meeting was quick and smooth with an appropriate amount of explanations of the significance of some documents. I'd recommend the closing team for anyone looking for a quick, smooth process.

If you had an option to give him 15 that would be my score for Eric. As with every file, he goes above and beyond. This file was a conservatorship, and we were still working to get the proper documentation. The buyers wanted to move up the closing and the seller needed the fund for medical care. Eric worked long hours and weekends to close this file as soon as possible and to get the funds to the seller in the most expeditious way possible.
