We had two closings, buy then sell, only a couple weeks apart. Our closing agent had to over come significant challenges created by the sellers of our new home. Both closings were pleasant experiences.

Super easy process. The title company called with a couple of questions along the way and then we showed up and signed! They even let us sign ahead of time because we were moving out of the area before the closing date.
