I did not get the file to Andrea and Stephanie until 2 weeks prior to the closing and they got it done quickly with no issues. They immediately contacted the sellers and confirmed the pre-signing within days. The Sellers were so impressed with the process and how easy and smooth everything went. It was just an overall great experience.
