Jenny was kind enough to arrange for my clients to pick up their proceed check at the buyers title company after my clients had told her to have their proceed check mailed to our office which made for extra paperwork but Jenny did it with a smile. She was also very kind to present the closing documents slowly with several disruptions and conversations in between to hear stories that my clients wanted to share etc. Jenny handled my elderly clients so well.
