We had some definite hiccups with our closing (due to buyers) that created unexpected delays.
Edina Realty Title and our Agent followed up with timely communication and did their best to stay apprised of the fluid situation. When funds finally transferred from Buyer, Edina promptly managed the turn around to release them to us.
