I didn't like that I didn't receive notice of closing and no one knew for 2days what the close time was set for.
Then edgewater never sent the proceeds out and the seller needed to call or they would still not be sent.

My client has closed many properties over the years and he commented Keith is the best closing agent he has ever worked with. It was a complicated estate sale and Keith was able to navigate through some issues and challenges and turn a stressed out client into a very happy and stress-free client. Amber was on top of everything, and so patient & genuinely kind. She brought my stress levels down immensely. Being out of state, everything was done online which was amazingly easy!

My only negative feedback was not just from Edina closing, but the entire experience with Edina realty, Title, updater, etc... the amount of emails was overwhelming as my life was super chaotic during this time and I was afraid of missing/losing a critical email.
