It was a very strait forward process with no suprizes. They let me know what to expect to happen at what time, and gave plenty of heads up of things I would need to do, but in reality I don't think I had all that much that I needed to. They handled the bulk of the work. Kellan and team made it a wonderful experience.

I didn't like that I didn't receive notice of closing and no one knew for 2days what the close time was set for.
Then edgewater never sent the proceeds out and the seller needed to call or they would still not be sent.
