The World War II veteran passed on at age 99 just days before closing. Lauren and. Lisa arranged with all parties and lender so that the trustee could sign on schedule. The family of the seller were amazed!!

Everyone I worked with was clear with me on what was needed to complete the closing. Being able to do it remotely was a big plus since I was already living in another state.
