The closing date had to change several times due to the buyer's down payment having come from bitcoin. Bitcoin takes longer to verify its origin. Kellan was great working with the other closer and the loan officer to keep the seller comfortable with the delays.
We were very surprised that it went so smoothly. Doing signing electronically makes things so much easier.
