We pre-signed closing papers on our townhome at 10829 Lexington Drive, Eden Prairie, MN, on June 15, 2023. Official closing date was June 29, 2023.
Lauren (spelling?) was our closer. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, personable and very pleasant. Lauren called our home phone number on June 29, 2023, and left a message that the closing had taken place.
We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Edina Realty Title.

Just to say that my real estate person was of incredibly high quality. Linda Coffey left nothing to chance covering all the bases. I was actually able to deal with the contracts over the internet which was very helpful as I was in Montreal at the time.
