Lauren Hannan did a terrific job of making the closing happen. She discovered that we had a tenancy problem in the old deed and forwarded the name of an experienced probate attorney - who was responsive and also did a great job. All of the necessary paperwork was completed in a timely manner and the closing proceeded as scheduled. Marvelous. My closing took place with a remote notary, who was also very good. The system worked great.

My only suggestion is that it may make sense to check the original deed much earlier in the house-selling process. If there is a tenancy problem or something else, it may be able to be resolved, or at least moving towards resolution, prior to the closing.
