I was able to choose the title office location which made it very convenient for me. The communication (phone, email) was prompt and helpful. I had to go back to the office to sign some additional paperwork unexpectedly, but, again, because of the proximity, it worked out. All the staff that I worked with were very friendly, patient and helpful.

Well, to answer the "what did you like about the closing" prompt directly, I liked that it closed!!! It wasn't anything that we were worried about, just the most ideal outcome for everyone, really. Olia was great and took time to explain some very important things to my first-time homebuyer. I always appreciate another advocate for my clients when they come sit at the table to sign some pretty important paperwork. Things went smoothly and we had a fun time. We got the final numbers a little too close to closing for my liking. Not sure if that's a lender thing or a title thing or both, but that's about my only complaint, and it didn't end up being an issue, which is most important.
