Mike Wasem and his awesome team created the most perfect Selling and Closing experience I couldn't have imagined!

I knew Edina Realty had a good reputation, but without Mike, our experience couldn't have been better!

They anticipated and acted in behalf of our interests before we even could--and I'm a very intelligent person with 40 years of real-estate experience in Illinois!

Mike became not only our major asset in our sale, but one of the best friends I now highly value. Even his wife went to bat for us.

Super flexible. They sent the closer to meet my dad at his nursing home, he is cognizant but setting up transportation is a nightmare as he is in a wheel chair. They gave us a choice of time slots, showed up on time, brought everything that we needed to close on the house, explained each item as she asked him to sign and finished in less than 15 minutes.

I was suppose to be working with Amber Migneualt (sp??). She was not real easy to connect with, she eventually passed the final closing to Lisa Lund. Lisa was wonderful, cordial, efficient and thorough.

The closing process is a fast paced, fluid time. I think my closer did a pretty good job providing information in a timely fashion. I especially liked being able to pre sign documents online with a notary.
