The Y is kept very clean all the time and the staff are always very helpful.
The equipment, the facility, the staff, the diversity, the vibe. Some suggestions. Put more signs up advising members to take their calls in the lobby. A machine is missing when you replaced the old ones. The rotary torso machine which complements the lower back machine. Thank you.
I would like the machines to stay in 1 place and have a little more room around them. It's very tight. Maybe the intent is to keep things fresh, and I can appreciate that and the effort but, it still feels very close and uncomfortable to walk around or between the machines, thanks for your consideration.

I especially enjoy the enhance fitness classes. These classes are senior friendly and they benefit my health and well being. The instructors are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I also enjoy the YMCA staff members who greet me at the desk. They're very helpful if I have any questions. It's also nice to see there are classes and workshops now and then that can be very useful.
For me and my family, it's been the best experience. My niece and I are very happy sharing in the different activities. They create a super-good space for teenagers. I highly recommend it.
Please tighten chairs on the 4 recumbent bikes. I have asked 5 times.

One of the most striking things is its friendly environment, also respectable atmosphere and it is always very clean
We love the Y. But I will separate this other part. Last night 10/22 there was a painting class for 50+. Scheduled from 6:30-8:30. Upon arrival all was good. I noticed a sign on the door stating that on hollowen there would be an early closure but nothing else. I was sick but walked my father in and talked to staff. No one said anything about the facility closing at 7:30 when I talked with people. Fortunately the staff was very nice and called and waited with my father. See not all persons drive themselves and the lack of signage or anyone mentioning the facility closing early led staff being inconvenienced at the end of the day and frankly my 82 year old father feeling embarrassed. I do not look for any answer I just want to bring this up as if the facility of closing early and people are going to be asked to leave earlier than a class is to let out then signs should be posted and anyone at the front should also be saying something to everyone walking in (just to be safe). I have been with the Y since I was eight years old, I am now 71 years old. The people and the experiences are lifelong and life changing. I also worked for the Y as an Assoc. Physical Director under Neal Allen at the North St. Mary's Executive Y in San Antonio and earlier came up through the Leaders Club, among the many opportunities at the downtown Y in Newark, NJ.
The Y is community and a community like no other. From infancy to Senior adult, there is a supportive, nurturing environment that can't be matched in my experience. The Y is a staple in my life, and I am blessed and grateful to be a part of an institution of integrity, joy and community that is the YMCA.
The Y is a warm home, a safe harbor and a place to share and call my own. Thank you.

I go to the Forever Fit class and I like it very much. Eileen is working all the needed muscle groups to keep us strong and independent. Great group of ladies attend this class
