We've been members of the YMCA for almost 20 years, the last 3 at the Boca location. My teenage daughter was our main reason for joining, she was homesick and needed friends and a way to meet kids, and your Leadership Club has provided that and more. We had been members at a Y in Buffalo, NY, and I was hoping she'd feel that same sense of belonging at the Boca Y. The experiences she's had through that club are worth every penny we spend there. She's grown so much as a person, and I fully credit James and the rest of the leaders with that. My younger daughter has also excelled in the running program and looks so forward to the camps every summer. There are a million options and activities to sign kids up for around town, but something about the Y just makes it feel like home.
The new Aqua Aerobics instructor, Shari, is awesome! Actually, all of the instructors are awesome! they keep me motivated and coming back.

I joined the Y earlier this year mainly to take part in the yoga classes offered. I have enjoyed all of the yoga offerings so far. The yoga teachers are amazing and each offers something different to the experience. If you have been curious about the yoga classes, I highly recommend giving them a try.
Lovely people and very accommodating and flexible for a family schedule.
I love the arthritis water aerobics class at the Boca location. She teaches on Tues and Thurs at 8.
I enjoy the classes , and love the sauna!
Family activities
The Y is a great place to get involved and get fit. I love the variety of fitness classes. My favorite resource is the EGym machines. They are perfect for me. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The people who go to the Y are the best - all ages and abilities.

Showers are a little dirty/mild in the textured tile but other than that everything is actually very clean.
Maybe some better ventilation in the shower area and a good cleaning would be great.

The staff and the facilities are what makes the difference. Every staff member I have interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and showed compassion/commitment. The facilities are exactly what I need for me to stay fit, always kept clean, and kept operational. The EGYM machines are an outstanding addition to the gym. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are always clean and operational. I also love the mission of the YMCA to helping others in all phases/aspects of life. I do not know of any other facility that has such a mission and excels at it.

Fantastic classes
I enjoy the yoga classes, particularly the Monday / Wednesday evening ones. Also, the members that I've met at the Y are usually very friendly.
