You have flexible hours and have an idea of what you will be doing on each shift - that helps you to prepare (no surprises on the shift) and work efficiently and effectively - so you can finish your tasks within the scheduled time.
You are informed well ahead of time if there are changes on your assigned shifts so you can strategize.
Also Caregivers are cared for, respected and appreciated for all they do and a lot more.
