The caregivers I've met in my 2 weeks so far have all been exactly what a caregiver should be. The office staff and the nurse are the most kind and professional individuals I've met in my 6 years of working in this field with different companies. This company has the compassion, morals and patience of saints. I felt welcomed since day one and the communication is 10000/10. If I ever have a problem in something I know I can trust them to help me and make the problem seem at least half it's size. This company is the definition of what a team really is about and working for them would mean finding joy in your work where burnout could make you feel like you couldnt take it. I have worked for at least 7 companies in the last 6 years trying to find the best support and best team possible and ComForCare is by far the only company that has exceeded my expectations. What I like about working for At Your Side Home Care is how flexible they are. I’m a college student and I only come home on holidays or breaks. They understand that I’m not in the area to work during school, but I have a place where they appreciate my work and allow me to come back during those times.
