The schedulers — Maya, Yoline, and Edna — are exceptional. They consistently notify us about upcoming schedules and available shifts, and they are very considerate whenever changes are needed. Their communication is clear, timely, and respectful of our time.

Schedule and staffing
I like the professionalism of the staff. There is so much to learn about the aging population, which includes myself. The clients I have since the two years I have worked are nice and intelligent. Have learned a lot about them and their lives. It gives you a new awareness of life. So far for me, working for John and Debbie has been a very positive experience.
