There is always someone available at the office when I need to speak with someone. If no one is available (which is rare), I get a call back right away.
They answer my questions about my nephews care, and are accommodating to my requests for the little things with his care.
The in home assistant he has right now, is very good to him and it is a good fit. I hope she stays with the company. Laura is an asset for ComForCare. I appreciate the care, the patience and the understanding that all of the staff have given my nephew with disabilities. Because of the joint efforts of ComForCare, along with Gaylord Community Mental Health, he is able to continue living in his own apartment with some assistance.
Staff is very attentive to what a client needs from a caregiver. Unlike most other care giving companies, I do not feel coerced in accepting a care aide with whom I am not compatible.

Great service provided in a short time from when it was decided it was necessary. Staff was professional and was huge in the care of an elderly parent that was unable to care for themselves, and we needed care to supplement services at a care facility.
