Melanie is amazing she help us get Sara transferred from Skill Nurse back into her home. My Mother start feeling better the very afternoon she was back in the House. My most recent transportation was for a Mohrs skin Cancer removal procedure that is lengthy and painful. The office is located in a crowded downtown Charlotte neighborhood characterized by continually heavy traffic.
Emilio picked me up on time and we arrived at the surgeon's office in advance of my scheduled appointment time. His van is late model, clean, well-maintained and comfortable
He remained at the office and was waiting for me when I was discharged from the surgeon.
The length of the procedure caused the return trip to be at the heaviest commuter time. Emilio had researched the highway traffic conditions and was prepared to take an alternate route that avoided the main commuter roads that were already blocked with stop and go traffic.
Emilio is professional, efficient, kind and compassionate.
I could not have asked for a better experience.
