Your product and services are good. The only thing I don't like is that after, I pay for the propane I still receive multiple notices that I have an open account. Even when the delivery has to be paid BEFORE the delivery is scheduled, you send ,in the mail and online,notices of payment needed.
You could save A LOT of time and money if that wasn't the happening.

Superiors schedule for deliveries never let you run out of fuel. Delivery drivers are professional and friendly. Very efficient - propane truck completes the delivery quickly. Any time we had questions or needed help from Customer Service they were always there and very helpful with anything we needed.

Well propane is propane . It is the people that deliver it the customer has to contend with. Superior has done a good job. It took a while for the company to get their act together. Such as no one locally who could help me with my problem. I considered many times of going elsewhere but so far so good .
