My husband and I just experienced the most fantastic and compassionate customer care from the home office located in Boston. The customer care person was very understanding of our situation and fixed the problem immediately. We live in the country and do not have access to gas lines, so propane is our only choice, we so appreciate the services we have received from Superior since we had to switch from oil heat to propane when our unit went out in January several years ago. Will certainly recommend Superior to our country neighbors!
