Excellent service and communication. Prompt appointments, as a matter of fact they were early for their installation appointment. That is almost not heard of this day and age.
Propane is delivered right to the trailer. Only draw back is they leave bill and it blows away. Have had them for years.

Superior Plus Propane is extremely reliable! We take advantage of the Pre-Buy program, and we don't have to think about propane for the next year. Our tank is always filled at just the right time. The delivery folks are great, and the repair techs are knowledgeable and friendly. We have been with Superior for many years, and have recommended them to friends. We have no reason to consider anyone else for our propane needs!

The company always knows when we need a delivery of propane and the drivers when they make a delivery are always courteous and polite. We have no complaints.
Superior Plus Propane takes care of all of my propane needs. I never have to worry if I will run out of gas. I receive a bill via email and snail mail, and being able to pay online is very convenient.

I like how easy you are to work with when needed. What I do no like is if your in the hospital like I was for a couple of months and did not have access to my bills or pc and no family that when i came home you guys were a nightmare to work with. I was basically raked over the coals with fees and no delivery in 5 days as finally told. I apparently I kept getting pushed back.

Superior has improved a great deal in the past 12 months . Prior to that we ran out of propane a couple of times and could not talk to a human only a machine. Now we have a monitor on the tank and have humans to talk to !!!!! No company earns a 10 rating otherwise you have too many employees !!
