Mark the service/installer was very polite and professional. Watching him work showed 1. He knew what he was doing.2 His biggest concern was the complete safety of the propane installation. He is a true professional working with a very dangerous product. After watching him work and explain what he was doing and why he put my mind at easy. GREAT service..
Propane service is prompt and dependable. We are part of a neighborhood program, offered by Griffith Energy which provides a discounted price as well as a 12 month price lock. Their local office personnel are polite and professional.

While mistakes occur it is the resolution which matters most to me and Griffith Energy has always done everything can can to meet any requests. We continually ask your drivers NOT to back up our gravel driveway... yet they do. I have spent $400 on a rock rake, and work for an hour and a half to repair the damage their backing uopcauses. How about a little cooperation!
