I am absolutely impressed with the level of service that I receive from Superior Energy. Customer service is extremely warm and professional. Brian helped me secure my propane rate for this current season and was fantastic to work with. He made everything so easy.
I am disappointed that Bristol Harbour did not receive a group rate as I have been a part of that for the previous 6 years. I felt that we were snubbed and that I was kind of dangling in the wind. That said, I received excellent service from Superior, and received a better rate this year on my own, than I did from the group rate last year.
