Mark the service/installer was very polite and professional. Watching him work showed 1. He knew what he was doing.2 His biggest concern was the complete safety of the propane installation. He is a true professional working with a very dangerous product. After watching him work and explain what he was doing and why he put my mind at easy. GREAT service..
Propane service is prompt and dependable. We are part of a neighborhood program, offered by Griffith Energy which provides a discounted price as well as a 12 month price lock. Their local office personnel are polite and professional.

I love how fast they came out to bring my tanks and check everything out and was pacific about what need to be done and how much it would cost .
While mistakes occur it is the resolution which matters most to me and Griffith Energy has always done everything can can to meet any requests. They are polite and courteous and do what they say they will do, outside of honest mistakes of course which we are all capable of. I always select them as my fuel provider.
I am absolutely impressed with the level of service that I receive from Superior Energy. Customer service is extremely warm and professional. Brian helped me secure my propane rate for this current season and was fantastic to work with. He made everything so easy.
I am disappointed that Bristol Harbour did not receive a group rate as I have been a part of that for the previous 6 years. I felt that we were snubbed and that I was kind of dangling in the wind. That said, I received excellent service from Superior, and received a better rate this year on my own, than I did from the group rate last year.
