I like that the fact that when you say that you are coming, you actually show up and if you are not coming, you notify the customer. The staff are professional, pleasant and courteous.
I believe that good quality products are used and you have a good variety of services to offer. The report provided by the technician after each treatment is very helpful. We also appreciate being notified by telephone the night before each application so we are prepared for the visit.
I am happy with the services provided, although we find it too expensive to order all the services recommended by the tech.
