The true test of a healthy lawn is during a heat wave…80% of the lawn seems to be pulling through…although I’m now seeing sinch bugs/moths all over the place and bare patches getting larger……please address this as well as the ditch which is a disaster.

The only thing that I regret is the company does not put the soil with seed. We need to hire an other company to do that job.
My lawn looks thicker. I thought the technician could have done a better job at fertilizing. Seems very sparse.

Knowledge. It would be great to continue to share the knowledge by providing enhanced mini reports AND recommendations about the condition of the lawn and soil after each service visit. Just build on what you already do. I really appreciate the reports and this season I've found some reports more informative and helpful than others. In general, I would suggest that most clients know very little about lawn care other than how to start the mower, and turn the faucet on for the hose.
Ex: Today we visited your property and applied X. During the visit we noticed that your lawn is (describe condition). We RECOMMEND the following steps that you can take. Nutrilawn can also help with the following services.
It would probably be helpful for the technicians to have access to the client file to know what services have been performed during the season, and what services are upcoming, so that it can be added to the report.
I recognize that many clients don't want to be "over-sold". But at the same time sharing knowledge should increase client satisfaction and client retention. Just my 2 cents, hope it helps.
