1) we can enjoy our entire property for the whole summer.
2) the technicians are always very courteous a.d friendly. On a couple of occasions they arrived and put my big friendly dog in the garage when I wasn't home.
3) the customer care personnel are also extremely courteous when dealing with the clients. I have communicated via text, email and phone calls in the past...100% positive interactions.

It is very efficient first 3 weeks after spray, then a few showed up, this has been an exceptionally wet spring and summer.

Using Mosquito Buzz has significantly reduced the number of spiders (and therefore spider webs) and mosquitos on my property. They are not all gone - but a significant reduction.
You advise us when you will be on site. We can sit outside and enjoy the outdoors longer then when we did not have the property treated. Obviously they are still around but it does help with the mosquito issue.
Communication is great. We find the product is working much better than last season. The end of last year was not effective and we almost did not renew. Glad there is significant improvement.
