Day of application, I did hear from the company to advise they couldn’t come due to rain but, Oliver arrived next day, he was great, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough.
Only criticism I would make is I have asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, and still have not received anything.
We've been using the mosquito service since 2016 and tick control since 2020. We can't imagine being able to enjoy our property without it. It's definitely a game changer.

promptness, unlike I am sorry to say way above nutrilawn your sister company. Nutrilawn still has not done a grub control even though I paid for it in November the 23rd. What are they waiting for??? I have never had a concern about Mosquito.buzz for their choice of product and the promptness of fulfilling the contract. I wish you could also do the grub control as your attention to detail is the best in eastern Ontario.
Maybe you could relay the disastrous performance results to Thom Bourne as someone has to be fired as this lack of performance has been like this for 4 straight years --I have phoned each time to bug them to do thei job and you would have thought they might have learned from my actions They wear me out. I am already not reccomending nutrilawn for grub control in Manotick as there are other providers that do the same control that act like they care and show up on time and educate the clientele as to what is happening and when they will be there. No such luck with nutrilawn !!!! The company is acting like a dud. Show that they care for a change and it will probably kill me. This will also go to Bill Carroll who is a friend and just lives down the street 14 houses down.

We really appreciate having a mosquito free yard. I am now able to garden early and late in the day and not fighting with the buzz fiends. Enjoy the notification by email and by phone to get out of the yard before you arrive. Living on the river has become so much more enjoyable!!!

I don’t have a very big yard. The gentleman was here exactly 4 minutes.. I’m not sure the time frame per square feet.
