The mosquitoes had gotten so bad that you couldn't go outside anytime without being swarmed and my poor dogs! I wanted my yard back so I called Mosquito Buzz to get a quote. It is not an inexpensive service but it is very effective. They managed to get me in for the following day for a treatment and the results were immediate!
I got to spend the weekend doing yard work and even just sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful weather without being covered in chemicals or being eaten alive. Happy to have my yard back!!
This is year four of using their services ... it isn't cheap but I never hesitate to get it because it works ... truly works! With summers being so short in Ottawa, I consider it an investment more than an expense ... I can actually enjoy my back yard in the summer. I have spent quite a bit to set-up our back yard (furniture, fire pit, pond, flowers, etc.) to be an enjoyable place to relax, eat, host friends, etc. and I don't want to have to spray with OFF every time I go out. This is the only way to go if you want to enjoy your summers without mosquitos.
We find the treatments are not working as well this year compared to when we had your service last. Wondering if it's simply a Mosquito volume this year. Having said that, overall, we are very pleased with the kindness and timely treatment the staff have provided us. Hopefully by the 3rd treatment, the results will be A+

Very happy with the service - noticed a significant reduction in mosquitoes
First class! Since our initial treatments, mosquitoes have not been a significant problem. However, the technician must ensure that all areas, including shrubs, bushes, hedges, trees and flower gardens are completely sprayed. The extra few minutes it takes is well worth it.
