Your technicians (Tim and Epi) responded promptly and did an excellent job, working until late at night to do the water remediation. Tim followed up a couple of days later. When the room was dry they removed their equipment and wrapped things up for the repair crew.
Samuel James was very helpful and understanding of the process. He was so very professional and helped me understand what was going to take place. Over all Venturi is a wonderful contractor to work with they make sure you are taken care of and you have everything you need.

I noticed a leak late in the evening and with a simple phone call, Venturi was at my house with 1/2 hour!!! They cleaned up the mess, mitigated the damage and worked quickly with my insurance company to move towards repair. The workers were extremely thorough, professional and courteous. The follow-up was great and they took all their machines away without leaving a trace. I definitely recommend Venturi Restoration for all your contracting needs.
