I like the guys at Evolution; as riders they have good insights into what a rider cares about. Note that I bought the Garmin Varia radar unit. It works really well. When I bought it, one of the guys in the store mentioned that Trek now has a radar unit. Here is a review just posted by Shane Miller. He concludes that Garmin is better than Trek. Trek's claim of 240m car detection didn't work. Also, Trek's narrower radar beam can lose cars on curvy roads.
