Very personable and professional staff, who seem to be genuinely interested in getting me in the right equipment. I had a 230km ride w/end coming up, and they made it a priority to check my tires (at my request) as I had some issues the week before. Always a good experience there

The sales and service teams are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store doesn’t carry a large assortment of bikes and accessories but they are all quality products.

Ryan was great! So helpful with my bike, that I hadn’t ridden in over 3 years. He took the time to explain everything and allowed me to take a video of him removing the front wheel and putting it back on. Another guy helped with explaining replacing my old helmet. Great team all around!
