5:45 am class time during the work week- thank you for an early enough start time!

The instructor was great! Would have been nice to have a little lower lighting but everything was fun and his music was great! He was VERY welcoming and even remembered everyone’s name, I felt very comfortable. He also gave options to each movement, which was helpful.

Allie does a wonderful job teaching and welcoming each student in her classes.

I thought it was nice it was wonderful to get a class for free on Easter. The instructor was great other than she had lots of block movements and gave a block to everyone in the class but myself. I felt weird so I just didn’t get one and modified movements. The community class was great!

I like how the entry has shoe cubby to keep the facility clean. I like the instructor for the hot yoga class. She's very good. The class is only one hour but she packed a lot of movement/poses to get a good workout.

Love it. Magan and Angel are amazing instructors and bring great energy to their classes.

Magen is an amazing instructor she makes me feel stronger after her class.

Angel is the best yoga sculpt teacher ever! She is fun, encouraging, enthusiastic, and will guide you through a challenging class with a giant smile! I haven’t done sculpt in over a year and she made my journey back to the mat a huge success with modifications that were safe and effective!! She kicks your butt in the best yoga sculpt way possible!! Her energy and her class makes getting up at 5am worth it!!

My latest workout at CPY was the very best from an overall health perspective. Flexibility, strength, aerobic, mind. Can’t wait to be there again soon!

Great experience. Guidance from instructors is really good.
Not sure how you tell people who are 59 years old that some of the classes may be for younger people (20s and 30s) and that it is ok to wear 1984 running shorts and a tshirt? Not sure if there is a dress code. Staff welcomes everyone by name and offers modifications all the time. Fun and athletic and a really good place to gain strength and more.

I love the way trainers and personal greets you at the front door. It is very nice that it is like a community. Trainers are very nice and provide feedback when needed. In addition the classes are awesome!

Couple things for the Edina studio- it would be great if there was more organization for the bigger weights. It is difficult to put away weights without hitting your toes on the bottom sometimes.

Also- it would be so cool to get those garbage cans with the cleaning wipes that come out of the top (like at bigger gyms). The little garbage cans are distracting when the tops slam- and the wipes bin is always hard to get just one wipe- seems kind of wasteful. Something like this- just for reference. Hope it shows up- kind of long link :)
I just think it would help look nicer in the studios too
