Challenging yoga sculpt class

I loved the sculpt class. It provides cardio, stretching, and truth training! All the staff were welcoming and helpful as well!

I loved the cooler room this morning! Sometimes it gets so hot I can't work as hard as I would like to.

I like that the classes provide a full body workout and incorporate many different exercises. I like that there is a mix of cardio, yoga, and strength training. Daren was also very motivating and kept the energy high, which helped me get through a challenging workout. I would definitely go back to this studio and instructor!

Good workout! Music was too loud for my liking at the end when we were relaxing and cooling down.
