Despite the crowds compared to the ymca wellness and fitness center, this ymca has so much to offer. Numerous classes that offer a wide range of classes, dedicated friendly instructors and welcoming greeters! The instructors seem genuinely concerned about your progress and offer supportive feedback.
I like going there because it's clean, staff is friendly and helpful and I meet a lot of nice people there.
Friendly instructor who gave me solid advice and was patient with me the entire time. He even helped me get over a fear from my past. Great crew and overall solid program.
I found the staff to all be extremely courteous, professional and helpful. And the facility is very clean with an impressive array of equipment. I would like to give special recognition to staff member Madison Knight who processed my enrollment with tremendous enthusiasm and support. She provided the most gracious, welcoming and helpful experience in my memory! I look forward to incorporating frequent visits to the Luter Family YMCA of Smithfield into my life.
