The Wellness Coach demonstrated and had me try equipment specific to my requirements. I was encouraged to start at a light level so as to not injure myself. Instructions were very clear and I was introduced to other staff members who could help me as needed.

Been going for 3 years. The staff is like family, look forward to seeing them. Have met some wonderful people also. We exercise on the same days and look forward to seeing them. I have taken several classes with Mrs.Shannon always pleasant and willing to help and very dependable.
I haven’t actually come for anything but to purchase a membership. But everyone was friendly, helpful and your facility is so clean and nice.

I like the options of many classes. I have primarily utilized the Water Aerobics and YES Classes. The Y staff are always nice and helpful. I like the equipment options in the workout area.
Mr. Larry Watson was superb in his instruction. He gave my child the skills and confidence to prepare her for her next level Navy aquatic qualifications. He went above and beyond...very thorough and informative. Very easy to speak to and kind-hearted spirit. I look forward to future instructions.
