The service provider did not leave a name; however, he was very thorough in his service of my starlift, cleaned, oiled and checked all the parts. it works fine . except the battery's are a problem
First time visit, elevator was very good. Previously I had difficulty getting an appointment. Tech Daniel was well informed, organized, efficient, and patient when answering questions, updating me on changes due on land lines and elevator emergency equipment.
