There is staff integration were older technicians are working with younger ones. The younger know the machines however this knowledgeable sharing and coordination increases the value of the company to the customer.

We needed a stair lift.
Called Arrow Blaine because their business was close to where we live.
Arrow sent Charlie out to get the specifications defined. 2 inclines and 4 90 degree bends.
Took about the expected 6 weeks to deliver/install.
Installation was completed just in time.
The family member needing it was released from a month of rehab following surgery 2 days later.
Recovery is so much better when you can be at home.
