West Point Cycles has been a valuable local bike shop with good products and capable mechanics. Service times can be problematic due to being a smaller shop and located in a heavily populated area with lots of bikers. Best is avoiding the busy season when possible so plan ahead.

I’ve only experienced quality products and service! Sarah, and the staff exude a neighbourhood friendly mannerism, which I love! And the main reason I feel comfortable returning to their store. No matter how small my problems seem, I appreciate the staffs unpretentious attitude!
