What do you like about our products and services?

We were in to PGC in Kerrisdale yesterday. The service we received from
Chelsea and James was EXCELLENT ( as always ). There was a problem with
First name removed’s bike and James promptly fixed it as we were on our way to NV for a birthday
lunch. We are so appreciative of the service we receive as we are only a few years
into riding and pepper the staff with questions as we are still learning.

What do you like about our products and services?

I really like the service - very friendly and helpful. For example, if it is not busy will take the time to pump my my tires.
I really liked the supported group hikes that West Point cycles offered on the w/e. I am hoping they will restart.

Also i really like my trek bike.

Our family all bought our bikes at the store. They were all so knowledgeable and at the same time not pushy. Every year since we come back once a year to get our bikes tuned and checked over for the spring and summer and the price is always fair and they finish on time. Love this store!!!
