However, the pool facility is in need of some serious cleaning. The vents, for example, are in horrible condition, not working properly, and as a result bad condensation occurs causing rust and mold.

Adult group excessive classes
Both of the instructors Kinsley and I believe his name is Luis, he teaches the 5 PM Sunday Level 4 class have been excellent. I was impressed with the way Luis provides feedback to the kids. He gives clear direction when they miss a step and claps and provides positive feedback when they finally get it. Both my girls have become much stronger swimmers with these instructors and they have overcome their fear of diving with a couple of weeks of instruction from Luis.
The only negative I have is the narrow lane they use for instruction but it seems to work to keep the kids focused and safe.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean. Many programs and timeslots to choose from. Rarely so busy that machines/weights are completely unavailable.

Love Body pump and Body flow. Love Jeff’s Spin classes. I can’t do Body Combat anymore but Steve B is the best
The instructors - Karen, Allison, Jim, Sarah, Laura and Steve are wonderful. The entire staff at the Y are super friendly.
The hours you are open, and the diversity of your programs. Also the reasonable rates you charge. My husband has had a very positive relationship with his personal trainer for the past three or four years.

Our sports coordinator made it fun for the kids. He never made it super competitive as it was all as about learning, character development and having fun.

The variety and the trained personnel that lead them.
Desk staff is friendly and helpful - Vicki is especially welcoming and very competent. Yoga classes are very good - Sue Emlen's Friday morning class is absolutely excellent - please ask her to teach more than once per week! Tai chi class is great - would like to see more than one per week offered. Facility is always clean and equipment kept in good repair. Areas to socialize after exercise are appreciated. In short, a great place to work out and meet new friends afterwards!
