Some of us “help out” by picking up towels left by rude people, and drying ill designed counters.
Lotion and “Kleenex” supplies are hit and miss.

Facilities are always clean
Love the morning classes! Do several and find that all the instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and very skillful. Has made an enormous difference in my fitness health. Love Total Gym with Shanda, too. Also, very happy Rite-Hite has partnership with Schroeder Aquatic Center as I swim twice a week and chose the Y as my fitness center because of it.

I don't use any of the classes. I just use the running track and stationery bike when the weather isn't good enough to be outside, and the Schroeder pool all the time.
I like the swimming class also the exercise in water because it don’t have too much impact on the joints.

We finished a 12 week Movement for balance class it was very well instructed and helpful to prevent falls.
The variety. I mainly go to Yoga classes. There are a good number of and types of clases. The teachers are excellent.
The locker room is clean.

Most of the coaches are very friendly and hands on with the kids programs that we’ve been involved with - basketball and swimming lessons!
I like the types of events a person is able to attend, there is something for everyone. The facilities are well kept, up to date and functional at times.
I only attend the yoga sessions, which I like very much. Sue and Fridays and Mara (sp.?) on Wednesdays at Rite Hite are both excellent.
