At this point in my life, I like that I can come at a time that works best for me and do mw water exercises in the North pool. I pretty much so my streching and ecercise most of my muscle as it is esier on my joints. But I do miss the hot tub.

I really appreciate the range of group fitness exercise classes. Working out in a group, at your own pace but following the beat of the music is more like play than work and it's great way to get in shape or just maintain healthy fitness.

I like the pool, Les mills step classes, e gym and track. I hope you can get the whirlpool working

Many options to fit requests, limitations, and preferences. All ages and abilities. Periodic updates to fitness equipment is a plus.

A variety of classes at different times which accommodates all schedules. I like the Egym machines. Also, the facility is kept clean.

A good variety of excercise programs with very good instructors. Excellent equipment and facilities. There is something for everyone.
